Nuffield Health were searching for innovative fitness solutions to include in their £1M gym refurbishment at Nuffield Health Derby.

Reach Wellness were delighted to provide FIVE Concept for mobilization, movement preparation, recovery, regeneration and flexibility / stretching in a dedicated zone on the gym floor. In addition, Solid Infinity System – SIS (wall mounted) was installed for space saving functional training. Five Concept is fantastic for any gym. It compliments conventional gym equipment of machines and weights and focuses on the movement and control of the Neuro-Muscular system.
